Role Overview:

The Finance Officer will manage the financial health of RECOR Ltd., ensuring the company maintains financial stability and meets all regulatory requirements. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting, providing critical insight into business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Oversee the company’s financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.

Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Assist in financial strategy development and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ICAN) are required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including tax compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
