We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our online presence to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Posting: Post engaging sales content at least 4 times a week on both stories and timeline (timeline content encouraged for longevity).
  • Influencer/Content Creator Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators to expand our reach through targeted collaborations.
  • Client Engagement: Provide full-time commitment to replying to DMs, answering inquiries, and offering clients the best service experience (training will be provided).
  • Twitter Growth: Focus on growing and engaging our Twitter community to attract more business opportunities.
  • Video Content Creation: Produce at least 2 engaging video content pieces per month to drive client interactions and engagement.
  • Paid Promotions: Regularly promote top-performing posts on Instagram and Facebook to maximize visibility and conversions over the next 2 months.
  • Comprehensive Business Marketing: Ensure all aspects of our services are clearly communicated in posts across all platforms.
  • Client Engagement & Recognition: Celebrate client birthdays by posting shout-outs on stories as frequently as possible.
  • Trend Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, jumping on relevant trends on Twitter and TikTok to keep our brand fresh and in the conversation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Ability to create compelling and creative content, including videos.
  • Excellent communication skills  and client engagement experience.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and building partnerships.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with trends and social media algorithms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fully remote position with flexible hours.

Salary

N85,000 – N100,000 / Month depending on experience
