  • JOB ROLE : Investment Analyst (Intern)
  • LOCATION : Lagos Island
  • QUALIFICATION: Bsc in any related field

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for providing business analysis expertise, research, and information to help fund/portfolio managers make decisions about investments. Ensure investments portfolios are well managed and potential investment opportunities are highlighted.

JOB DUTIES

• Origination and execution of investment projects in the relevant mandated areas;
• Perform research on projects and clients;
• Arrange and prepare for client meetings, including the preparation of presentations, memos and reports, etc.;
• Represent the department in internal meetings and assist in coordination and reporting;
• Assist project lead to conduct due diligence and approval processes, with emphasis on ensuring that key financial, technical, and legal issues are considered and mitigants incorporated in the financing structure and legal documents for client transactions ;
• Analyze financial statements and assist project team leaders in structuring transactions; prepare project and corporate financial models

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess appreciable knowledge and experience (either as an intern or youth corper) in investment/finance.
