Required
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in customer care, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of improving customer service operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on customer insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
