Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager to plan, organize, and oversee our tour operations.
- You will ensure that tours run smoothly and clients have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Coordinate with tour guides, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during tours.
- Manage tour bookings and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Provide pre-tour briefings and support to clients.
- Collect feedback from clients and make improvements to future tours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tour management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using travel booking and management software.
Salary
- N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
