Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager to plan, organize, and oversee our tour operations.
  • You will ensure that tours run smoothly and clients have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Coordinate with tour guides, vendors, and service providers.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during tours.
  • Manage tour bookings and ensure all arrangements are in place.
  • Provide pre-tour briefings and support to clients.
  • Collect feedback from clients and make improvements to future tours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tour management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking and management software.

Salary

  • N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
