Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or other related fields
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer support role, with a focus on cold calling and lead conversion (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanour.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and align them with our offerings.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Resilient and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
