Job Description

  • Role: Community Manager
  • Location: Lagos
  • Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
  • Proposed Salary Range: N150,000 – N200,000
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (60% remote)
  • Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community strategies to engage and grow the internal and external (Newsletter and social media) community.
  • Manage and moderate online community platforms, such as social media, forums, and websites.
  • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and engage with key community influencers and advocates.
  • Organize and host online and offline events to foster community engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse community feedback and data to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Create and manage community content, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of online community platforms and social media.
