Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to the security team, guiding and motivating them to perform at their best while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Site Management:
- Oversee security operations at assigned sites, ensuring the deployment of security officers, maintaining access control, and conducting regular patrols.
Incident Response:
Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively, managing situations to ensure minimal disruption and risk mitigation.
Client Liaison:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal Staff, addressing their security concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Training:
- Coordinate and provide training to security personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to handle various security scenarios.
Reports and Documentation:
- Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain proper documentation, and ensure that security logs are up-to-date.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and collaborate with the security management team to develop strategies for improving security measures.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and implement emergency response protocols, ensuring that all team members are well-informed and prepared for various scenarios.
Quality Assurance:
- Regularly review security procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal security services.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Security Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Communication:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Conflict Resolution:
- Proficient in conflict resolution techniques and handling challenging interactions.
Availability:
- Flexibility in working hours, as security operations may require shifts, weekends, and holidays.
