About Us:

We are a tech-driven company specializing in web applications and solutions for government and private organizations. We recently developed an application for a government organization that will soon go live, and we are looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy NYSC corp member to join our team as a Business Development/Business Analyst Intern.

Role Overview

As a Business Development/Business Analyst Intern, your primary responsibility will be to act as a support staff for our government client, guiding them through the use of the system and providing necessary assistance. You must be able to quickly understand the web application and train others to use it effectively. While this will be your immediate responsibility, the role will evolve to include core business development and analysis tasks, such as identifying new opportunities and selling our product to other organizations with similar needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a support staff at the client site, assisting with onboarding and usage of the application.
  • Provide training to client staff on how to use the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues encountered by users.
  • Perform business analyst duties, including documenting user requirements, gathering feedback, and helping improve the product.
  • Engage in business development activities by identifying potential clients and pitching our product to other organisations with similar needs.
  • Earn commission on every successful sale made to new organizations.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned related to business analysis and business development.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current NYSC Corp Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and explain web applications.
  • Ability to train others in the use of web applications.
    Must reside in Abuja, preferably in or near the central area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Interest in business analysis and development is a plus.
