Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products/services.
- Your role is essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
Product Guidance:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products/services to enhance their experience.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our offerings and processes.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Customer Focus:
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
Salary
- N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
