Job Summary:

  • The Recruitment/HR Analyst is responsible for managing the recruitment process and analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making.
  • This role involves overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities, conducting data analysis on various HR metrics, and providing insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, employee demographics, turnover rates, and hiring costs.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to present recruitment metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with HR managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
  • Identify sourcing channels and recruitment methods to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Compliance and Diversity:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting equal employment opportunities and implementing inclusive recruitment practices.

Candidate Experience Enhancement:

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and transparent communication.
  • Gather feedback from candidates to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.

Technology Utilization:

  • Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and streamline workflows.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and recommend tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR or data analytics (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, HR Analytics) is a plus.
