  • High-level budgeting and financial management
  • Leadership experience in the hospitality industry is a must

JOB OVERVIEW:

  • To Provide oversight and direction for the overall business operations
  • Drive business growth, expansions, and diversification
  • Manage the hotel’s brand and maintain customer service standards
  • Drive the corporate culture, boost employee morale, and ensure staff retention
  • Drive customer acquisition and ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor all HODs’, business performance and ensure compliance with laid-down policies
  • Ensure tidy records keeping and submit management reports as at when due
  • Drive maximum occupancy by liaising with new and existing clients for continuous patronage and bookings
