Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the purchase or sale process from contract to closing.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, customer service, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, and monitoring tasks and projects.
  • Maintaining accurate information on the company’s website, designing promotional Web, and tracking marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of success in closing real estate transactions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and neighborhoods.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
