Job Description

A Health-related organization in Kwara State seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of Marketing/ Admin officer.

Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate mass sensitization, awareness, and proper enlightenment, for adequate community penetration of the services. to the public.
  • Engage and identify activities of groups and townships, that the organization could leverage for marketing activities
  • Identify high-net-worth individuals within the LGA, and community development associations, that can pay for the services, on behalf of their community members, and report back to the organization, on a monthly basis.
  • Carry out registrations for walk-in customers, and at their designated venues (in their respective local government, and any other designated centers), as specified by the organization, on a daily basis (for both manual/electronic registrations). Ensure the accuracy and correctness of data collected, before submission.
  • Attend to inquiries from prospective beneficiaries/ Orientate walk-in customers, about the services of the organization.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports of activities,  to the head office.

Minimum Requirements 

  • A Bachelor’s degree holder or its equivalent
  • Possession of an MPH or MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Skills and competency requirement: Background in health insurance will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably a candidate based in Offa, and Baruten LGAs, in Kwara State.
