As our Senior Human Resource Manager, you will have a strong background in Human Resource Business Partnering, coupled with extensive experience in various HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies and act as a trusted advisor to department heads on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding and develop and implement talent management strategies whilst conducting talent reviews and succession planning.
Serve as point of contact for employee relations issues and conflict resolution and provide guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and manage HR administration like payroll, benefits, HRIS
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, CIPM) is highly desirable.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering.
