  • As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take a lead role in designing, implementing, and overseeing electrical systems in our client’s real estate developments. Leveraging your extensive knowledge, you will ensure our projects are executed successfully while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical System Design: Collaborate with the project team to design electrical systems for real estate projects, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Code and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all electrical systems adhere to relevant local, state, and federal codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Project Management: Provide technical leadership from project inception through completion, managing electrical aspects of the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and inspections to verify the performance, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems.
  • Sustainability: Integrate energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions into designs to align with our commitment to environmental responsibility.
  • Budget Oversight: Contribute to project budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and recommend cost-effective electrical solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of electrical designs, project progress, and performance data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall real estate project.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any electrical challenges that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruptions and delays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with an emphasis on real estate or construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of lighting, power distribution and control systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A commitment to sustainability and innovative electrical design.
