Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled senior architect to join our team in Enugu. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, proficiency in 3Dmax, Lumion, and Revit, and the ability to work on-site in Enugu.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using 3Dmax, Lumion, and Revit
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative design solutions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in 3Dmax, Lumion, and Revit software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex architectural projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Ability to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations
- Experience in sustainable design and green building practices is a plus
Location:
- Work location is strictly in person in Enugu
- Must be available to attend the interview in person in Enugu
