Job Summary

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, and self-motivated sales and marketing executive who would be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, generating new leads through digital marketing and other channels, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports and has a passion for the power sector. This position is open preferably to a female candidate

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market research on rival products and competitors
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
  • Creating social media content and managing the company handles
  • Generating New Leads
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
  • Meeting and communicating with customers
  • Providing customers with information on various products available in the company portfolio
  • Scheduling and overseeing product demos
  • Understanding the customer’s  requirements
  • Providing customers with accurate order details and quotes
  • Following up with customers about their order requirements
  • Generating and contacting potential customers
  • Informing customers about any promotional offers.  

Requirements:

  • This position is open, preferably to a female candidate
  • First Degree in Business Management, Engineering and other Social Sciences
  • 2–5 years’ experience in Power Solutions Sales.
  • Successful track record in B2B/B2C sales and negotiation.
  • Mastery of Digital Marketing techniques.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Experience with CRM software (ex: Zoho).
  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
