ABOUT JOB
CorpeRate Ltd is a construction and property management firm and they are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Supervisor to join their team. As a Project Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction, interior decoration and property management projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supervising vendors, contractors, engineers, labourers e.t.c., on-site.
- Liaising with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
- Resolving issues and challenges that may arise during the course of projects.
- Ensuring work done aligns with company standards.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
- Implementing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in project management within the construction, interior design, or engineering industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Leadership capabilities to manage a diverse team and ensure project success.
- Ability to adapt to changes, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a customer-centric focus.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related field is a plus.
