As a Pharmacy Sales Representative for our e-commerce company, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with pharmacies and suppliers of medical equipment and consumables to expand our online presence and distribution of medical products. Your primary focus will be on increasing revenue, onboarding vendors, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, suppliers of medical equipment, and other healthcare providers to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify top-selling medications, medical equipment, and accessories.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to pharmaceutical sales and e-commerce.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to expand our customer base and reach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives targeted towards sales.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and partners.
  • Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and vendor recruitment quotas
  • Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database
  • Answer customer/prospective vendors’ questions and resolve queries/complaints

Qualification

  • BPharm.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.

Skills

  1. Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  2. Strong understanding of the pharmacy industry, including knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical products, regulations, and market dynamics.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
