Job Description

Activities

  • Prepares yearly Campaigns with the support of Heads of Topside, Method, and Subsea, responsible for ensuring SOW is consistent, he organizes and chairs KOM with the site, and prepares JRA and associated PTW.
  • Provides support to the site during campaign activities
  • For Planned Works, Provide Technical support to EGINA Offshore Inspection staff and follow up the Technical Queries or Logistic Matters raised by them
  • Coordinates emergencies related to loss of containment to find appropriate mitigations and/or repair methodology
  • Organizes generic JRA Yearly renewal 
  • In charge of updating the “Top Notifications” list
  • Reports the need for SMR to Head of Method in order to improve safety and operations
  • Coordinates with ECP the opportunity repairs linked with scheduled and/or unexpected SD
  • Ensures adequate closure of the campaign activities including reporting in MyRoute/workbook and work order closures
  • Review Inspection reports from the Site, initiate follow-up actions (issue notifications) as necessary and ensure timely diffusion
  • Collaborate with other Inspection Engineers to ensure that the Asset registers and planning files are updated accordingly after each campaign.
  • Contribute to EGINA WO backlog clearance with specific emphasis on maintaining zero SECE WO backlog.
  • Undertake other Inspection activities as may be requested by the Inspection Manager

Candidate Profile

  • Education: – Engineer or University Degree, with a background in Metallurgy, Welding, Mechanical, and Materials; specific training in Inspection, Quality Control, and Corrosion Control.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years
  • Knowledge of RBI Methodology (Risk-Based Inspection); Knowledge of UNISUP Professional experience (total number of years): experience in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas Industry.

Additional Information:

  • Ensure smooth communication between the Site, Smart room, and Support functions.
  • Organize, coordinate, supervise (as required), and ensure recording of inspection activities
  • Production Level: 180kbopd and 3.5Mmscm/d (plateau period)
  • Contractors’ Staff Managed during Campaign Operations: up to 5.
  • In close collaboration with the Smart Room Manager, the job holder participates in all aspects of preparation of Inspection activities outside of the perimeter of the EGINA core crew. Prepares and defines with Heads of Topside, Method, and Subsea the campaign to be realized in Year +1.
