About Us
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, policy and compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Implement and maintain performance management processes.
- Support managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth transition.
- Process accurate and timely payroll using the company’s payroll software.
- Develop and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, policy and compliance, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
