As the Head of Architecture and Designs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our real estate projects. You will lead a talented team of architects and designers to conceptualize and execute high-quality, sustainable developments that exceed industry standards and captivate the imagination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on real estate development projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile, complex projects within designated timeframe and budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
  • Preferred experience with mixed-use, residential, and commercial real estate projects
  • Membership in ARCON is considered an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the architectural and design strategy for all real estate development projects, encompassing everything from initial concept design to final delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as development, construction, and marketing, to ensure that design goals are aligned with project objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the architecture and design team, cultivating a culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Supervise the selection and management of external design consultants and architects, guaranteeing adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Promote the integration of sustainable design principles and green building practices into all development projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
