Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive will undertake all administrative duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the first point of call for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with management and carrying out office tasks.
  • Accepting calls, screening incoming calls, and redirecting calls.
  • Arranging appointments, activities, and schedules.
  • Greeting and aiding guests in a kind and knowledgeable manner.
  • Answering routine questions and organizing mail.
  • Document scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Keeping an eye on office equipment and placing replacement orders.
  • Maintaining order in the waiting area and abiding by business protocol.
  • If necessary, carry out additional administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related course
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Formal training in office work, administrative work, or a related field.
  • Exceptional talent for fostering a friendly atmosphere.
  • Skill to behave professionally and follow business etiquette.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
