We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Personnel to join our team. The Front Desk Personnel will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and provide accurate information or redirect as necessary.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Manage appointments, reservations, and scheduling.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred with at least 2 years experience.
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
