  • We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Personnel to join our team. The Front Desk Personnel will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and provide accurate information or redirect as necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Manage appointments, reservations, and scheduling.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred with at least 2 years experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
