About Job

Elizabeth Maddeux is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials and digital platforms to enhance our brand presence and support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Design and produce high-quality, visually engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, signage, advertisements, digital assets, and social media graphics.
  • Create visually compelling presentations for short-let listings, sales pitches, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, real estate marketing, and visual communication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and other stakeholders as needed to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
  • Provide creative input and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Support other design needs within the organization as required.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Creative Designer with top brands, working experience in real estate industry or a related field will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
