Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a talented and creative copywriter to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling copy for various mediums such as websites, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and more.
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of marketing and consumer behavior, and be able to develop copy that not only captures attention but also motivates the reader to take action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating copy for a wide range of marketing and advertising materials, such as social media posts, website copy, email marketing, print ads, and more.
  • Collaborating with designers, marketers, and other team members to develop effective and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting research to understand the target audience and tailor the copy to their interests and needs.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the brand’s voice and ensuring all copy aligns with the brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Proofreading and editing all copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the copy is fresh, relevant, and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or related role, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to create engaging and effective copy across various mediums.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a variety of styles and tones.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles and the ability to apply them to copywriting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit copy for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and other team members to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize copy for search engines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to write copy that enhances the user experience.
