Job Summary
We are looking to hire a visionary COO to oversee our company’s operational processes and to ensure a superb customer experience.
The COO will optimize our company’s operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage marketing initiatives.
The COO will assist in compiling the company’s budget, and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective and efficient running of the core service lines and branches within the firm (Capital Markets, Facility Management, Property Management, Valuations & Advisory)
Management and Retention of the firm’s clients and portfolio
Strategic Business Development to increase client portfolio.
Manages all Heads of service lines
Designing and implementing business operations
Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Requirements
1st degree in Estate Management
Msc. Facility Management or Project Management
Minimum of 15 years estate management experience (5 years of managerial experience)
Chartered Membership of NIESV & ESVARBON, IFMA, RICS
Excellent communication skills
Looks professional and presentable.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry
Sociable and confidential
Excellent relationship management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Experience in the various estate management service lines is essential i.e. Property Management, Facility Management, Agency &Valuations.
