Job Description


  • Establish new business opportunities.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Developing relationships with potential customers and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Continuing to manage accounts effectively.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Generate leads and qualifying prospects.
  • Achieve sales targets.


  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Masters serve as an added advantage.
  • Successful previous experience as a B2B sales manager in the Food & Beverage Industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience in B2B sales
