The Account Officer would be responsible for managing and ensuring the timely reconciliation of all banks ensuring all bank charges relating to POS and other bank charges are correctly calculated and posted daily.
Duties
Reconcile daily Point of Sale (POS) transactions within the showroom to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze and verify sales data, ensuring alignment with financial records and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to obtain necessary information and documentation related to POS transactions.
Monitor and report on any irregularities or inconsistencies in POS data, taking corrective actions as needed.
Maintain organized records of all POS transactions and supporting documents for audit purposes.
